Mike, I have always been happy with your dealership.  From a purchasing and service aspect, I believe you guys have the right model.  I am a business man, so I respect the fact that you guys need to make money, but I believe you approach the subject in a much more appealing manner.  You give the option for items that need to be addressed, but do not force it.  In addition, I believe your service crew to be knowledgeable and honest in car needs vs. a "dealer needs" perspective, and that is spectacular.  My headlights turned out great!  They look brand new and that's hard to believe that they have seen 90K plus mileage.                 George -  August 20, 2015 (Piazza Honda of Pottstown)

 

Fabulous experience at Mike Piazza Honda with Eric Eisgrau! It's scary buying a new car after so many years, but Eric made this process painless for me. I was worried about nothing. He was patient and considerate and really listened to me. In the end, I drove away with an even better car than I expected to get - a brand new Honda CR-V. Not only did Eric guide me through the selection and financing process, but he sat in the car with me for a good 30 minutes afterwards to explain all the technology in the car and help me set everything up. I think that's really going above an beyond. I mean, he already made the sale! I left Mike Piazza Honda confident that I got the best car for me and the best deal. I look forward to owning my new car for the next 8 years before sending my son off to college in it. Ask for Eric. I highly recommend speaking to him if you're even considering a Honda.
