"Couldn't Have Asked for More ... "

We worked with Sue Choi to purchase a new GLI for our son.  Initially my contact was via email with very quick and accurate responses from Sue.  My husband visited the dealership to view a pre-owned GLI and realized that Sue could locate a new vehicle with all the specifics that we were desiring.  Within a few weeks we had delivery of the exact car we were seeking at an incredible price.  The delivery was awesome with every detail and then some covered by Sue and her team.  She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the technical features of the car and helped to program many features prior to us leaving the dealership.  We couldn't have asked for more.  Obviously, it was more than worth our trip to travel 1.5 hours to this dealership and we would highly recommend Sue and Piazza to anyone in the market for a new VW.  We would rate our experience a 10 plus!

"Very Impressed with Piazza Honda of Pottstown"

I was very impressed with your dealership and Tom Manogue.  I had only intended to come in and see the car in person (having only seen it online) and to maybe drive one.  Tom was so accommodating, especially in that awful weather yesterday.  I wanted to see a car in the blue color and he showed me one outside and the car I ended up buying was next to it.  No pressure from him which is refreshing for a woman buying a car for herself.  This is at least the 9th or 10th new car I've bought over the years and this was refreshing!  Joe was also very nice to work with.  Keep up the good work.  I would not hesitate to recommend your dealership to anyone!

Our experience at Piazza Mazda since our purchase 2 years ago has been by far the best ever.  The purchase was great because we were not haggled by any salesperson.  As far as the service goes, we always get the car back before the promised time and in this day and age it is a rarity.  We even started bringing our Jetta to this dealership for service.

It's easier for me to wait for the service to be done, and since they usually have the parts they need in stock, they can quickly figure out what's wrong, and fix the problem. I think their prices are very fair, so all-in-all, it's a convenient, nice, experience.

"100% easy at every step!"

The only thing we didn't so was meet the service staff, but only because we did a last minute purchase on a Saturday evening at 8pm.  Our sales rep, Nicholas Price, was honest, knowledgeable, accommodating with meeting our late notice needs and I would recommend him to anyone.

"Exceptional Service"

Just purchased my 2010 MDX as took it in for a once over. Scheduled a service call online, and within a very short time engaged in a conversation with Marie to firm up the date and time. Once at their Service center, I was greeted promptly with plenty of "Hellos" and the door held open for me as I entered the Service desk area. I had a list of issues for them to review with me, and they took the time to document and cover each one thoroughly. In fact, some issues were discovered that required additional warranty repair, and the return visit was scheduled in the near future with a loaner car promised for the day. This is exactly what I would have expected for an Acura Service Dealer, and I hope this level of service continues as long as I own this vehicle. Exceptional service is what earns my continued business - so far, excellent.

The service department is courteous, responsive and straight shooters. It's never fun to take a car in for service, but Piazza Mazda tells you what's wrong and what needs to be done - priority-wise. "Piazza Honda of Philadelphia is Top Notch"

I have owned 4 Hondas in my life, 2 used and 2 new.  The majority of the time all 4 of these cars were serviced at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia and I will continue to service my cars there.  The staff is very friendly and the waiting area is comfortable.  My service advisor, Christopher Calciano, is a great guy.  In the past with my previous cars, some of the issues I didn't understand, Christopher would physically show me the problem part and explain to me how it works and why the fix is needed.  I really appreciate that since I can see if a part of my car is broken/damaged, instead of taking someone's word for it.  Overall, Piazza Honda of Philadelphia is top notch compared to other dealerships I went to in the past.

"Mike Losardo - Excellent Salesmen"

We went to Piazza Mazda to get a new car, after doing a lot of research on prices/options etc. I was also told that Piazza were good with sales, and were reputable dealers. True to that, when we first walked in Mike was ever friendly and asked how he could make our day better. I told him that we wanted a specific vehicle with options at a specific price that I was willing to pay. He smiled and said he'll make sure we get there. I told him what we wanted, without much haggling I actually got a very fair deal for the vehicle I wanted. He did not try to sell me anything more than what I wanted, and needed. True customer oriented sales!! We walked out with a brand new car and a sense of accomplishment. Mike went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of at every step of the car-buying process and would definitely give him 2 thumbs up!

"Wonderful Body Shop"

We recently brought my daughter's 2011 Nissan Sentra to your body shop to repair extensive damage that occurred when she was rear ended on the Baltimore/Washington expressway on her way to school.  We worked with Paul O'Connell, your body shop manager.  You should know that Mr. O'Connell was at all times helpful and thoroughly professional and a credit to your organization.  We were under a time constraint in wanting the repairs completed prior to her return to college from winter break.  Paul went out of his way to ensure that the repairs were completed on time and exceeded our expectations.  Even when I was pressing him, on a completion date, he was extremely courteous and professional.  When there was a slow up, because of the need for the delivery of additional parts, Paul diligently worked through the problem and our daughter was able to return to school in her own car.  Although, I currently drive a Nissan, my wife purchased her vehicle at your dealership.  I will seriously consider moving to a Honda product next, solely because of the fine work of Paul O'Connell.  He is to be commended.

"I'd give this whole experience a 10..."

George Farrell was excellent.  I didn't feel like I was talking to a "salesman".  He asked what we wanted, we told him and shortly thereafter, "my" car was driven to the front for me to test drive.  George explained and answered any questions/concerns thoroughly.  There was absolutely no pressure at any time.  I love the Accord.  George has followed through with calls to check on my satisfaction and to set up a time to get a remote start installed.  I'd recommend this dealership, especially George Farrell.  Upon completion of the sale, the head of the dealership came out to thank me personally, and to check on my satisfaction.  I'd give this whole experience a "10".  Thanks George.

Mr. Mertoli was very friendly and informative. I had my car serviced for a routine oil change and inspection. The associate explained each point of inspection to me. He also showed me my cabin and engine filter and suggested I change the filters soon. I felt no pressure to purchase that day, and the associate even informed me that I could have the filters changed at my next service appointment. I purchased one of the filters that day. After a few experiences at Piazza Acura of West Chester, I will not take my car anywhere else. This dealer offers multiple coupons that can be used together, which is another positive. The service is great. The employees are friendly and honest. I have 5 Acuras in my family. This dealer has made owning my first car and Acura a joy.

This a long overdue but I wanted to contact you directly and let you know how much I appreciate what Donna Dunn did for me this time last year.  There was an issue with my XM radio that would have cost me a significant amount of money to fix; as my Odyssey was out of warranty.  However, Donna proactively contacted the appropriate folks within the Honda N.A. organization, who agreed to cover the cost of the repair minus a $100.00 cost to me.  I did not even ask; Donna knew that I would not be able to cover this repair especially during the holidays.  I cannot tell you how much I appreciated her insight and kindness.  I have been dealing with Donna for years, now I am on my third Honda Odyssey!  I still appreciate what Donna did for my family and I.  Best wishes for a great 2012!

"Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill is Outstanding"

The service at Drexel Hill Honda is outstanding.  I dropped my car off for an oil change and state inspection with the intent of picking up the car the next morning.  I dropped the car off after 5pm knowing full well that the car would not be done the same day.  To my surprise, the car not only had the oil change, but the inspection done as well, with a phone call between 7-7:30 pm the same day saying that I could pick up the car.  I was extremely impressed and pleased.  This is not the first time that this has happened.  I hit something in the road and ended up with a flat tire; I brought the car to the dealership that night and it was repaired within an hour.  I would definitely recommend your service department, as well as, the sales department for the purchase and care of a Honda.  Thank you again.  The service and friendliness of your staff is outstanding and greatly appreciated.

I am always pleased with my service experience at Piazza Volkswagen of Ardmore.  I truly enjoy the scheduled maintenance - I just call to make an appointment at the date/mileage noted on the sticker on my windshield or when prompted by my multifunctional display.  I am always able to get an appointment on the date I ask for.  The prices for service at Piazza Volkswagen are also very competitive and I would never bring my car anywhere else for service.

"Best Service Department"

I had a great experience with having my daughter's 2005 Civic Hybrid serviced last week.  When I came in to pick it up, the Honda people were with customers and Jake called out Hello Christine and got my bill.  He went over it with me and walked me to the payment counter.  This is what I call exemplary service and is the main reason I bought another Acura.  Piazza is the best!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had in buying a new car!  I have been driving for 22 years and buying a new car every 3 to 4 years, so I have been to a few dealerships in this process.  Danit was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.  She worked with me and my very busy schedule to find the specific car that I had been searching for.  She was very thorough and went over every option that the car had with me.  Even days after the sale, I have called and stopped by with questions and she did not hesitate to take the time and help.  Also, Andrea in financing was delightful, and explained all the paperwork and extended warranty information to me and answered all my questions with a smile.  Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family.

I had my Mazda6 serviced today and have to say that I am truly impressed with the consistency of excellent customer service and my car is always happy when it leaves.  Everytime I come for maintenance services I am met by happy, friendly and efficient staff.  They are knowledgeable and entertain the smallest of issues ... I asked to have the windshield wiper looked at because at high speeds it rubs on the plastic and makes noise ... somewhat irritating during rainy commutes.  Jeremy Mercado approached "my problem" the same as if I was having brake problems.  We took it on a road test and he offered several solutions.  All is good now.  Jeremy definitely provided all-around exceptional service.  Lastly, during a previous visit I had my car serviced and detailed.  At my request, Jeremy took me back to Louie, who detailed my car, because I was very happy with the job that he had done.  The environment at Piazza makes you want to thank people for their efforts.  Nothing is too small nor too big for the team at Piazza Mazda.  Thanks for being consistently excellent.

I wanted to formally reach out to you regarding the superb service that I received at Ardmore Volkswagen.  As a full time administrator and small business owner, I understand the need for customer satisfaction.  A need and benefit that was fully displayed upon my recent visit by your staff that delivered impeccable customer service and superior salesmanship.  My assisting sales consultant was Ms. Sue Choi.  Sue's warm character and personality was one of the top reasons why I settled on your dealership.  My first priority was safety, followed by brand reliability, and a ticket price that would work with my budget.  On a hunch I found your website and decided to reach out to an agent via email.  I didn't expect a rapid reply since I sent the message after 10PM.  However, Sue responded, and kept in contact with me until we met the next day.  Upon meeting Sue, my mind was still on the accident and everything that transpired since then, so I was noticeably stressed.  Sue politely informed me that she was working with another client, and asked me to wait for her if possible.  It was perfectly fine for me because your front receptionist had already greeted me and we struck up a warm conversation.  Her lighthearted candor made me smile and kept my mind off my overall anxiety.  From the time that Sue and I sat down, discussed the options, and took a test drive, I was more than pleased and relaxed.  And although I had secured financing my credit union, Sue was able to get me a lower APR through Volkswagen's banking services.  There were moments when Sue was away gathering information so she offered me beverages to keep me comfortable and your staff stayed active with me just the same.  Mr. Demain Kelleher greeted me, and asked if I needed anything in Sue's absence which I greatly appreciated.  During the next morning I contact Sue, letting her know I was ready to pick up the car later that day, and if it could be ready for delivery.  Without a moment's notice, Sue was busy contacting my insurance company and finalizing paperwork with Ms. Andrea Gibson, your business manager.  Sue informed me via email that my car was filled with gas and cleaned for me to take home.  I did not experience this during my last purchase at the Nissan dealer.  The timeliness and attention to detail was genuinely superb.  For my time with Ms. Gibson, she was also knowledgeable, congenial, and attentive.  Andrea explained my contract guidelines and gave me competitive payment options and appealed to my budget.  Once everything was solidified, Demian, Sue, and Andrea individually congratulated me on my purchase.  Your skilled staff understands the value of top-tier customer service!  I am grateful to have stumbled across your website and truly happy with purchase, and most of all, my customer experience.  Thank you for having quality employees who can (and do) deliver!

I wanted to send a big thank you to you and the whole team at Drexel Hill Honda.  First of all, it is always very easy to schedule with this branch.  Whoever I talk to are always polite and know exactly what I need to have done on my car.  They easily look up my past appointments so that unnecessary work is not done on my car.  My last appointment was an oil change and some other work.  When I scheduled my appointment the person said it would take two hours.  I have two young children, a 3 year old and a 4 month old.  I could not make other arrangements and needed to bring them with me and wait.  Everyone was very patient with me as I got all the stuff I needed out of the car.  As usual everyone was very polite and even said hello to both kids.  One of the workers at check in gave my 3 year old a Piazza Honda bear to play with.  After only a 45 minute wait my car was done!  Susan explained all the work the mechanics did to my car.  I cannot thank you enough for the great service.  I was not looking forward to the two hour wait and worried how we would do it, but it went so smoothly.  Thanks to the entire team!

I wanted to give a positive response concerning my service on October 24th.  At approximately 3pm, I sustained a flat tire while exiting I-95 onto Naaman's Road.  While waiting for AAA, I phoned and spoke with Marie, who immediately instructed me to come over when I could.  I arrived close to 5pm and was taken immediately by Maurizio Mertoli.  He was extremely understanding and efficient.  The tire was obviously unrepairable so I opted to replace the 2 fronts, since there was some wear on the other tire as well.  I was in and out in less than an hour with the car.  That was amazing without an appointment.

On October 18, I took delivery on my Honda Ridgeline from Piazza Honda of Pottstown.  Except for the fact, I have to pay for my service, I really enjoy coming to this Piazza dealership.  I have come here often enough that I have the anticipated routine memorized, I get great service.  What is most important is that my routine of exceptional service is surrounded by really good people and each person is professionally oriented in their tasks.  I give my consent for such delivery to the home office - when people do their job so efficiently they should be recognized.  The first person I contact is Donna on the service phone.  Morning, mid-afternoon finds her speaking eloquently with the same tone of voice.  Explanations before and after service presents a profile of a great mechanic.  She is so knowledgeable about Honda engineering that she is able to advise me on what to expect with options.  Larry Lilley, who I have known for many years and had both of his children in high school.  He is so kind to update with family news, but more importantly he has been most helpful to me and my family when we had crunch numbers and do the wheeling and dealing.  Dan Saylor and Scott Wiesel have duty computer stations that assign the maintenance.  I cannot say enough about the efficiency and proficiency of these two men, and a female.  My favorite check-out lady, Sylvia.  Her bright smile and smooth voice helps to take the sting out of payment time.  She says thank you and goodbye with a smile and her eyes.  I would recommend Piazza Honda of Pottstown to everyone!

"Piazza's Staff goes Above and Beyond"

I have been going to Piazza Mazda of West Chester to get my 2008 Miata serviced for 1 year.  I am writing this letter to serve as notification as to the highest level of dedication and service your employees exhibit.  It is because of your staff that I drive 45 minutes out of my way to go to your dealership.  The following are examples of the level of service your employees provide.  Last October my engine light went on and the service area just closed.  I will never forget how it was pouring rain and Pat Oliveto ran out with a towel for me.  Even though the service area was closed, he told Jeremy Mercado the situation resulting in Jeremy volunteering to stay late and check out the car.  Jeremy spent almost an hour making sure the care was in good shape and would last until the mechanics came in the next day.  Every single time I have a problem or it needs something routine to be done, Bill Bossler and Jeremy Mercado fit me right in and call me with reminders.  They just don't call me, they engage in conversation and inquire about my car and how I am doing in general.  The service manager, Paul Curtis, is by far the most respectable service person I have ever dealt with.  When Paul Curtis says a repair needs to be done I know it needs to be done.  I trust Paul and his judgement.  My car was broken into and my entire soft top needed to be replaced.  Paul helped me with the rental car and when the top needed to be adjusted a couple of days after the repair was made, he got me right in the shop and fixed it, no questions asked.  Paul Curtis conducts honest business.  I needed to get a strut replaced the other day, so Paul offered to help me with the rental.  The aforementioned employees are sincere, care and make my life easier.  When Pat Oliveto talks to me he is genuine.  My next Miata will be bought at Piazza Mazda of West Chester.  I do not care if I move out of state, I will fly to West Chester, PA and buy the car from Piazza Mazda of West Chester.  Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond the call of duty.

Just wanted to write a brief note to commend one of your employees.  This past Friday, October 7th, my 2003 MDX broke down on me.  It was about 4:30pm and I called the Service Department.  It seemed like many people were gone for the day, but Maurizio answered the phone.  I explained my situation, that I was near Limerick and my car was on the back of a tow truck and disabled.  My main concern was being able to get a loaner vehicle over the weekend, and getting my car fixed ASAP.  Maurizio did an outstanding job and was able to work things out so that I could take my car to Piazza Acura of West Chester and get a loaner.  I arrived a little past 6pm - due to horrible traffic on 422 and 202 and Maurizio was there waiting for me.  He helped me get checked in, got me a loaner vehicle and on my way.  I got a call from Stuart on Monday, October 10, and it seems the problem was a cracked radiator.  Piazza Acura of West Chester quickly repaired my car on Monday, and as usual, Stuart was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns.  I just wanted to make note of the fine work that Maurizio did and his excellent customer service skills.  Maurizio made a rather hectic day, much less stressful for me.  I am glad to be back in my repaired car!!

I'm writing to thank your service department for excellent service.  My family and I were heading toward Philadelphia for a weekend trip from out of state on Labor Day weekend, when our Odyssey began shaking violently.  We were able to make it to your service center in the late morning.  Kiran and the two gentleman running the shuttle service were excellent.  The Odyssey was diagnosed and repaired before the facility closed, thereby not stranding my family (including three children under five) in PA for multiple days.  The shuttle drivers helped to load and unload the shuttle with multiple car seats and were friendly and thoughtful with the children.  While this may seem like just good customer service, we appreciate it - Thanks again!

I had the best service these past two days, starting with the service manager's call to tell me the reasonable cost of the repair.  The sales people were very funny too.  If you have been working on customer service, I would have to give you 110% and I am really happy.  I am very pleased with the service I received from Piazza Mazda of West Chester.

I was returning home to VA after a wonderful afternoon visiting friends. Our 2006 CR-V decided it was time to flash some warning lights on the instrument cluster. I called our service advisor in VA and he suggested I try a Pep Boys or similar store to check the diagnostic code. Just as he was telling me that, I looked up and spotted the sign of Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill. It was 4:30 when I pulled into your service area. George Haasis was the advisor that greeted me. On the way to the dealership, the other car we were bringing (as my ride home) started giving us trouble.  It was a reaccuring problem (the air intake came loose), but we didn't know where it was.  When we showed up, we asked the service manager if he could show us where it was.  He was more than happy to walk with us to our other car and show us where it was, explained to us what we should do to get it fixed, and wouldn't take a tip.  Considering that wasn't even the car I was having serviced, he went above and beyond our expectations.  I was extremely impressed with Piazza Mazda's willingness to help.  I have nothing but positive things to say about my interactions with the staff at Piazza Mazda.

"Fantastic Treatment"

I had a good experience yesterday thanks to Darren Griffith, your service manager.  The new RL that we bought a little over a month ago had a nail in the tire and the check rear tire light came up on the dashboard.  This of course is absolutely no fault of the car and the tire had to be plugged at a cost of $24.  Darren was kind enough to waive the charge for the repair, which I felt was very appropriate since I had just purchased a $50K car from your dealership.  My daughter and son in law also bought an MDX from your dealership.  Kudos again to Darren, he is a credit to your organization.

"Thirty years with Piazza "

For almost thirty years my vehicle life has been with Honda.  At one point, a motorcycle, a lawn motor, and a snow blower; were all Hondas.  Last week, my wife had her Honda Accord serviced for the first time.  While exiting the car, she noticed her inspection was due, the service department provided spontaneous accommodation immediately.  Two days later, my maintenance light came on in my Honda Ridgeline; the nice people at Piazza Honda of Pottstown took care of me.  The mechanic, Steve Garrison, was very, very good.  While waiting, I met a former retired co-worker, who is now on his second Honda.  He shared with me how impressed he is with Piazza Honda of Pottstown.  I have told him that I have known this for thirty years.  Thank you for great service of the years Piazza!

"Excellent Service"

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to Marc Ferris in your service department for the excellent service we received on April 19th, when our 2003 Odyssey broke down in downtown Philly.  We were on vacation this week visiting family when our van broke down.  AAA gave us your phone number, so I called ahead and Marc Ferris answered, who told me to come in and that he would have our van looked at right away.  Marc greeted us warmly and showed us the waiting room.  Marc got our van in quickly, and about 45 minutes later, Marc called us back to the service desk and asked, "Do you want the good news or the better news?"  The good news was that our car was not seriously damaged and the better news that you had the part in stock and could repair our van in about an hour.  We were relieved of course, but we were hungry.  I asked Marc if there was somewhere nearby to grab lunch, he arranged your shuttle to take us to a nearby restaurant and then pick us up when we were done lunch.  We had a very enjoyable ride to and from the restaurant with your shuttle driver, Marty, who is quite a character.  About 3 hours after our problem had started; we were back on the road, heading to my Mom's house for cheese steaks and then the Phillies game.  Marc and Marty are to be commended for their excellent, caring service and great attitudes.

While on vacation in Philadelphia, my Honda Odyssey was rear-ended in a traffic accident.  We could still drive it-but there was a rubbing noise on the rear tire.  We brought it to your dealership, the next day (April 20th) and your service department sent us to your body shop down the street.  A young man from behind the counter "gladly" freed the metal from the tire and put our mind at ease for a safe trip home.  While this may not be a big deal to him ... being 300 miles from home in an unfamiliar city meant a lot to us.  Thank you again.

"Fast and Easy Car Buying"

It was an easy transaction.  I was moving from a Honda Pilot and undecided between the RDX and the TSX wagon.  When we visited the dealership for the first time, we were able to test drive both cars.  I was not ready to commit one way or the other.  We were not overly pressured and when I decided that I wanted the wagon, I emailed the dealership asking for the price of the car delivered with the accessories I wanted.  My email was answered promptly by Suzi Hendrixson.  I called the dealership with a credit card number to hold the car, they faxed me a credit application, which I filled out and faxed back.  My wife and I went to Piazza Acura of West Chester a few days later for delivery.  Everyone was great; it was an easy and pleasant transaction that I have ever experienced.    I would shop at Piazza Acura of West Chester again, without hesitation!  Oh and I love my new car!!

"Very Trusting "

I am writing to comment on the quality of service that I receive at Acura of West Chester.  I am the proud owner of a 2004 Acura TL which I have serviced at this facility.  I have owned many cars over the past fifty some years and I have always been leery when they required Inspection or service.  My feeling of uneasiness came from the fact that they always found something in need of repair or replacement.  I have never had these bad vibes when I take my car for service to Piazza Acura of West Chester.  Cordial workers greet me upon entering.  Service writers are pleasant, knowledgeable and anxious to serve.  Mechanics are excellent.  Last but not least is the service manager, Darren Griffith.  He is patient, understanding, and never too busy to listen to my concerns,and alleviate them.  The best word to describe the feeling I have when I speak with Mr. Griffith and those working in his service department, is trust.

I must say my experience with the Piazza dealership and Service Center has been very positive!  I do appreciate the responsiveness and friendliness of everyone working at the dealership and service center.  I have been coming to Piazza Acura for the past 4 years at first for purchasing and servicing my 2007 MDX and then trading that in to leasing the 2010 MDX.  I had worked with Jamie for the trade and lease last August and it was a very smooth transition with absolutely no pressure.  Everything happened as Jamie explained.  He was very helpful in ensuring I received all that I wanted in the new MDX lease.  The service center employees are awesome!  Any work that needs to be done is explained very clearly and in layman's terms.  Ryan Tepper usually handles my account when I need to come in and always makes sure all is taken care of accurately and as quickly and reasonably priced.  I know when I drive off the lot, I will not need to return the next day because something was missed.  I have listened to many friends tell me horror stories regarding their car dealer service center experiences (not Acura nor Piazza), and they are always surprised when I tell them my experience.  I absolutely love driving my MDX!  This car is fabulous...perfect blend of function, technology, and luxury!

On Saturday February 26, my wife and I entered Piazza Acura to test drive an Acura RDX.  We were greeted by a salesman named Brett Green.  We talked briefly about the RDX and then took a test drive.  My wife and I completely fell in love with the car.  Before the test drive, we thought we were interested.  After the test drive, we were convinced that we did not want to consider any other make of crossover.  What happened after this is the best part.  During our married life, we had been in many different auto dealerships, but the way we were treated at Piazza was the best experience we have ever had.  We are still talking about our best car buying experience.  Brett Green is the ultimate professional salesman.  He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, genuinely concerned, and very patient.  We never felt pressured in any way.  We especially appreciated the negotiating phase of the transaction.  He gave us an initial price, we told him what we wanted.  He came back with a counter offer and we have waited 15 to 20 minutes between these rounds.  At Piazza it was 5 minutes at the most.  He did not have to bring his sales manager or someone else to try to convince us that they were doing us a big favor.  The business manager, Michael Spillman, was a pleasure to deal with.  He got our names correct on all the forms.  Everything was explained clearly and to our satisfaction.  When we initally approached Piazza, we were apprehensive about what we were about to go through.  Piazza has convinced us that there are still some really good businesses that we can enjoy dealing with.  You can be certain that we will tell our friends and relatives about your excellent dealership.  By the way, we love the RDX more every day!!

I just wanted to take the time to let you know how very pleased I am with the service I received at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia this week. I took my CR-V in on Monday evening and Irmarae Rosa was fantastic. My CR-V was my first car purchase and I was unsure of what to do when I was having issues with the throttle. My boyfriend bought his civic at Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill about a month ago. This past Saturday someone damaged his rear tire in a parking lot. AAA came out and put the spare tire on. He went to a local Pep Boys to have the tire replaced. They mentioned he also needed a new wheel, which they did not have in stock. They could not get the part until Wed. I called Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill at 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday, hoping they could possibly help us out. Alisa Fox was the service advisor for the day, and she double checked that she had the tire and wheel in stock. With only a few minutes on hold, she came back and informed me, that she did. I asked her if he could come right over and she said yes. This is excellent service!! Under 2 hours left until they closed, and without an appointment, my boyfriend, had a new wheel and tire and he was on his way. I really appreciated all of Alisa's help. I would definitely recommend Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill for both sales and service.

Paul and Bill in the service department are friendly and accommodating to my schedule.  Paul was able to address my concern regarding prior brake service done at another Mazda dealer.  I asked Piazza Mazda to inspect my front brakes, since they were squeaking loudly at times.  Apparently, the brake replacement performed by the other Mazda dealer used non-Mazda parts without my knowledge or consent.  Paul Curtis and Bill Bossler do a wonderful job and I trust them without hesitation.  I have always been happy, with the work done at Piazza Mazda.  This is why I drive over 200 miles to have my work done by them.  Piazza Mazda of West Chester establishes trust and does the job perfectly, the first time.

Nick Price was excellent.  I stopped by on a whim to look at the CX-9 to compare to a Nissan Murano.  The weather was challenging so we set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle.  I wasn't able to test drive it due to family events.  Nick was persistent and called me to reschedule the appointment and I'm glad he did.  I bought the car on the last day of the year and they were swamped, but they were great and we were in and out in no time.  They were very customer friendly.

I just wanted to comment that I had a wonderful experience at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia.  My civic was acting crazy and the standard tests were not producing any indications of what may have been wrong.  The service department was very courteous and gracious to me.  I very much appreciated the service that I received at Piazza Honda.  In the end, although the diagnostic tests were unable to identify the problem, the experienced mechanics at Piazza Honda made an educated guess to the cause of the problem and they were correct.  Since then, my car has been running beautifully.  I will definitely bring my vehicle back to Piazza Honda of Philadelphia for future service.  I just wanted to say thank you.  Happy Holidays!

I'm trying to sum up my experience at Piazza Honda and the only word that comes to mind is "stunned."  I truly do not believe that you could have done more for us.  My wife and I work hard for our money and I rarely feel like someone worked just as hard for it.  Piazza Honda really took care of us and we appreciate it.  The staff has always been great to deal with, but our experience with our salesman, Brian, was top notch.  To my amazement you guys didn't stop there.  The service staff also wowed me with not only timely repairs, but quick in and out, friendly service - that is rare from what I am used to.  I don't think it is crazy to say that I believe I will only be driving Honda's from now on.

I really want to highight the wonderful level of customer service extended to me by Bob Pringle.  On a drive home from work one night, my car was leaking fluid.  I called Mike Piazza and was connected to speak with Bob and explained the situation.  Bob called me back a few minutes later to let me know that there was a service bulletin out for this same problem on my Civic and told me to have my car towed to Mike Piazza.  Less than a week later, I had a new engine in my car at no cost.  Everyone in the service department that I dealt with during that time was great.  We truly believe in Hondas and our next purchase will definitely be another Honda from Mike Piazza!
